All trademarks named in this document are the property of Abhishek Choudhary, founder of AyeAI, Hyderabad, India. They identify his work and his commercial offerings, and they are asserted wherever that work appears.

1 Registered trademarks

The three marks of the AyeAI triad are registered trademarks of Abhishek Choudhary in India, and have been used and claimed as trademarks worldwide since January and February 2019.

The three marks are distinct and are not to be conflated or combined into one. Their public homes include icansee.life, ayecnse.net and ayeai.xyz.

2 Claimed trademarks

The following names are used by Abhishek Choudhary for his products, projects, publications and services, and are claimed as trademarks (™) for software, publications, educational services and hardware kits. A word that also has an ordinary meaning in any language remains free for that ordinary meaning; the claim is to its use as the name of his work.

3 Licences do not license the marks

Much of the code in these repositories is published under open licences, among them the GNU General Public License version 2, the MIT licence, Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 and the AyeAI Singularity Public License. Those licences grant permissions under copyright only. None of them grants any right in the marks above.

• The marks may be used to refer accurately to the original work, for example in a citation or a review.
• A modified version, a fork or a derived product shall not be named or presented with any of the marks, and shall not suggest endorsement by Abhishek Choudhary or AyeAI, without his written permission.
• The AyeAI triad platforms, hosted services, courses, hardware kits and the marks themselves are part of his commercial offering and are not free, whatever licence covers a piece of code they use.

4 Credits

Every copy and every derivative keeps the copyright notice © 1993–2026 Abhishek Choudhary. All rights reserved., the licence notices the licences require, and the credit to Abhishek Choudhary (AyeAI) as originator. Contributors are credited for their contributions in CREDITS.md; the originator’s credit is never removed or replaced.

5 Marks of others

Names of other parties’ products and standards, among them Linux, Python, Java, Arduino, ESP32, NeuroSky, MindWave, GitHub, Zenodo, Unicode, ISO, IEC and BIS, belong to their owners and are used only to refer to those products and standards.

6 Permissions

Permission to use a mark is requested from Abhishek Choudhary (GitHub obonac; ORCID 0009-0002-0684-8320).
